Located just off of 275, in Loveland, OH, we are an 80 bed transitional and rehabilitation community. Whether your stay is a short term recuperative visit or are looking to call Florentine Gardens your new home, we specialize in individualized medical, social, and spiritual care planning.

Our short-term rehabilitation wing provides private room accommodations for your visit with us. Our therapy team is able to accommodate in house physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Partnered with our trained floor staff all working towards your individual goals; including: returning home as safe and prepared as possible.

Our location on Wards Corner Road offers convenient access to other surrounding areas; including: Milford, Kenwood, Indian Hills, and Montgomery. All areas home to many different services and activities.

In house we also offer additional services and amenities.
