Happy 20th Anniversary, Amanda!

Meet Amanda, one of Florentine Gardens' amazing MDS Nurses! This month, we are celebrating her 20-year anniversary with Foundations Health Solutions! We are excited to celebrate such a great milestone for her and show appreciation for all that she's done for so many people.
Amanda started her career with the company as an LPN at our sister facility, Home at Hearthstone, then transitioned to work at another sister facility, Home at Taylor’s Pointe, which is where she started in MDS. Amanda has been caring for residents as an MDS since 2007 and even helped open Florentine Gardens in 2014. She is such an invaluable part of the team!
In Amanda’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Their favorite places to go together are Disney World and Kings Island. She also enjoys coaching basketball and soccer with her husband. Some of her other hobbies include reading suspenseful mystery books and doing a little bit (or a lot) of retail therapy.
Some little-known facts about Amanda are that she is a good shoulder to lean on for our residents. They enjoy her listening ears and great advice. She is also our secret tech support in the building.
