Meet Florentine's New Assistant Director of Nursing

Meet Brittany, our new Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Florentine Gardens! Brittany joined us about a month ago and has already made a huge impact on the 200 unit. We’re thrilled to have her as part of our team!



Originally from the Cincinnati area, Brittany grew up in Eastgate and graduated from Glen Este High School. She began her healthcare career in high school as an STNA and earned her LPN 12 years ago. Two years ago, she returned to school at Beckfield College to become an RN, and shortly after, she began working in management. Brittany has experience in various healthcare settings, including long-term care, physician offices, and hospitals. She says her favorite part of being a nurse is making a difference in someone’s life.

Brittany is a proud mom to her son, Landen. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her mom and son, going to sporting events and concerts, and watching Landen play saxophone in his school band. She also loves golfing and playing basketball with him. Brittany and her mom enjoy getting their nails done, shopping, and interior design. She also spends time outdoors gardening, grilling, swimming, hiking, and biking.
